FOR THE MOM WHO’S TIRED OF SECOND-GUESSING EVERY MEAL

What if you could just ask a pediatric feeding therapist what to try next?

Your baby is gagging, refusing foods, or suddenly doing something you weren’t expecting.

And you’re right back on Google wondering what to do.

What if, instead, you had somewhere to ask?

Introducing Solids SOS Support Lab: 30 days of expert-led feeding support, real answers, and a community of moms who get it.

$297

No calls. No subscription. Just a little backup when solids get confusing.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

You have the information. But what about when your baby doesn’t follow the plan?

You’ve read the guides.

You know gagging can be normal. You know textures are important. You know feeding is about more than how much your baby eats.

But then your baby refuses everything you offer. Or starts stuffing their mouth. Or you’re suddenly realizing you’ve been serving the same foods for three weeks because you have no idea what comes next.

And now you’re Googling again.

Not because you haven’t done your research.

But because knowing what babies typically do and knowing how to respond when your baby does something unexpected are two different things.

You don’t need another list of feeding tips. You need somewhere to turn when real-life mealtimes get confusing.

MEET YOUR NEW FEEDING BACKUP

A little less Googling. A lot more confidence.

Solids SOS Support Lab is your private, expert-led feeding community.

For 30 days, you can bring your feeding questions, learn from real-life troubleshooting conversations, and get guidance from a pediatric feeding therapist who understands what babies are actually learning when they eat.

Without appointments, another course to complete, or trying to figure everything out alone.

Think of it as having a feeding therapist in your corner, without having to book a private session.

I personally answer questions in the group on two designated days each week.

Real questions. Real support. Right when you need a little direction.

A private community that gets it

Connect with moms navigating the same feeding questions, frustrations, and little victories.

Expert guidance twice a week

I’m personally in the group two designated days each week, answering questions and sharing practical feeding education.

Answers that go beyond “every baby is different”

Learn how to think through common challenges like gagging, stuffing, food refusal, and texture progression.

Voice notes, practical tips, and helpful resources

Get clear explanations and useful strategies without digging through endless feeding information.

Support without adding another thing to your calendar

No weekly Zoom calls. No scheduled appointments. Just a place to ask questions and learn when it works for you.

THE REAL-LIFE QUESTIONS

Sound familiar?

  • “My 9-month-old is still mostly eating purées. Now what?”
  • “She was eating everything last week. Why is she suddenly refusing?”
  • “He stuffs SO much food into his mouth. What am I supposed to do?”
  • “How do I know when to move on to different textures?”
  • “Am I offering enough meals? Too many? The wrong things?”

These are the kinds of questions we talk through inside the Support Lab.

You shouldn’t have to spend every evening researching feeding advice just to feel prepared for tomorrow’s breakfast.

Simple support. No complicated program to follow.

YOUR FEEDING EXPERT

Hi, I’m Kristi. And I want you to feel supported, not overwhelmed.

I’m a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, Certified Lactation Counselor, feeding specialist, and mom of two.

I’ve spent more than a decade helping families navigate feeding development.

And here’s what I know:

Babies don’t follow scripts.

You can do all the research, buy the guides, and follow the recommendations, and still find yourself wondering what to do when something unexpected happens at the high chair.

That’s why I created Solids SOS Support Lab.

Because sometimes you don’t need another course.

You just need a trusted place to ask your questions.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO FIGURE IT ALL OUT ALONE

For the next 30 days, you have backup.

Imagine having somewhere to turn when your baby refuses dinner, gags on a new texture, or you’re unsure what feeding skill to focus on next.

Somewhere you can ask questions, hear from a pediatric feeding expert, and learn alongside moms going through the same thing.

That’s what the Solids SOS Support Lab is here for.

Questions? Let’s clear them up.

How does the Telegram group work?+

Telegram is a free messaging app. After you join, you’ll get a link to our private group where you can post questions, read conversations, and learn from other moms anytime during your 30 days.

When does Kristi respond?+

Kristi is personally in the group on two designated days each week, answering questions and sharing practical feeding education.

Will every question get an individual reply?+

Kristi responds inside the group on her two designated days. Because this is group education, individual replies to every question aren’t guaranteed, but common themes and questions are addressed regularly.

Are there any calls I have to attend?+

No. There are no Zoom calls, appointments, or scheduled sessions. Everything happens inside the group, on your own time.

What age range is the group for?+

The Support Lab is designed for moms of babies who are starting solids or progressing through textures, roughly the first year of eating.

How long does my access last?+

Your access lasts 30 days from the day you join. There’s no automatic renewal and no subscription.

Is this feeding therapy?+

No. Solids SOS Support Lab is educational group support. It is not individual feeding therapy, a medical assessment, or private meal-video review, and it does not replace care from your child’s healthcare providers.

When would an individual evaluation be more appropriate?+

If your child has ongoing difficulty swallowing, poor growth, significant gagging or vomiting, or a medical history affecting feeding, an individual clinical evaluation with a feeding specialist is the better fit.

You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need somewhere better to ask.

Feeding your baby doesn’t have to feel like a never-ending guessing game.

Join a community where you can ask questions, learn from a feeding expert, and feel a little more confident about what comes next.
